what do you do when you're at home with a 101-fever that refuses to break?
finally sit down with your most recent issue of lula, (you know, the one you bought two issues of, because they cheekily decided to print tons of different covers). BUT, that's only after you take a heavy dose of motrin, drown yourself in tea and coconut water, and put a cold-compress on your forehead.
issue #10 is filled with tons of appearances from the miu miu spring/summer 2010 collection, probably one of my favorite collections ever. all the editorial attention is much appreciated.

to lift my spirits even more (but having no impact on my fever), my S.O. came over with tulips in hand.
with exception of the last few fluish days, spring in new york city has been beautiful, filled with bike rides and brunch, and afternoons on rooftops. the city completely transforms itself when the weather is nice - in a really, really good way.
