A Short Story
I swear I haven't intentionally taken a "hiatus," I've just been insanely busy in life and work (Marie Claire! Hello Style! So many other things I can't yet discuss!) and quickly falling in love, (is this TMI? Sorry I'm not sorry). As usual, the weather tends to dictate my wardrobe - and recently it's been a bit schizophrenic - like, I'm pretty sure I was freezing just yesterday - and it's JUNE! So, I was lucky to get some sunshine last week when hanging out with my friend and talented photographer Lydia Hudgens.
Anyways, I recently did a story on shorts for Marie Claire, and thought I'd put my money where my mouth is and show you all how I'm wearing mine lately. Shorts are intimidating for tons of people, and even though I'm pretty fearless with fashion, I'm no exception when it comes to britches! I decided to wear my jean shorts (which otherwise make me feel very "never nude" a la Tobias Funke,) with super feminine touches. And yes, even a pair of (shockingly comfortable & walkable) heels.
