Pink Glitter on a Stormy Day
http://www.softpaws.com/Rain is frequently a nuisance, but then there are times it creates the perfect work conditions. The rain slowly tapping on my window, while I sit and write with a cup of coffee from Blue Bottle (I'm partial to their New Orleans and Kyoto cold brews), listening to Beirut's newest album, The Rip Tide, would probably be included as a short vignette in the movie about my life (directed by Woody Allen, naturally). I digress! I came home yesterday to these beautiful pink glittery lace-up oxfords, a gift from Parisian designer Patricia Blanchet. I feel like they had me in mind when they decided to make an all-pink version of my beloved multi-glitter lace up oxfords! Is there anything (like a stormy day, for example) that pink glittery shows can't brighten? My cat, Lily, is inclined to agree, (her softpaws match my new shoes).
