Technicolor Dream
I've grown to really hate the word "busy," because I find myself using it so often to describe my day-to-day. I'm not going to get all think-piecey about it, but it's oneof my least favorite four-letterwords, and though I love having a thriving work life, the opportunity to travel, and getting to see my friends as often as possible, Iloathe the idea of "busy." And yet, sometimes it's the most succinct way to summarize everything going on, cause when it rains, it pours.
I know I'm not the only one who often feels overwhelmed by the busy, but still wants to look cute and put together with little effort. Finding a handful of statement-making pieces (like this dress from eloquii) that are basically an all-in-one look has saved me on more than one occasion. Dress? Check. Flats? Check. Oversized sunnies tocover up some serious fatigue, (an unfortunate side effect of busy)? Check. And we're out the door. For the record, the entire latest delivery from eloquii is filled with easy-to-wear statements. I love the idea of pairing this multicolor striped skirt with a simple tee,and these comfortable-as-hell marble print pants with a classic button-down. And this sporty-inspired bra-embedded-top? I'm borderline obsessed; get into my closet now! PS: You can get free shipping on your entire order with the code "NICOLETTE"!
